Prés de L’AS is a contemporary French restaurant on the sixth floor of Harajuku Quest, a new building by OMA in Tokyo. In addition to the daily omakase offering, the restaurant was conceived to accommodate private events and weddings, requiring a balance between intimacy, flexibility and openness.
A warm and understated material palette reflects the quality and honest nature of the cuisine. The distinctive floor plan and elevated location allowed the development of a varied spatial experience, with each dining area, responding to the surrounding views and natural light.
